i finished off the Titan Joker bossfight and yep, free roamed like hell. last time! i thought something was buggy previously when everything on the roof for the boss fight just POOF appeared after the bomb went off. i did NOT get that cutscene when Titan Joker drags Batman up to the roof etc.
